We sell our pork by the cut but also have bulk shares available; either whole or half of a pig. Our retail cuts include thick cut Pork Chops, bone-in and boneless, Boston Butts, Bacon, Grillers, Brats, and Bulk (1lb pack) Sausage in various flavors.
